The late Princess Diana was known throughout the world for her fasion style and glamour. She appeared on more magazine covers than anyone ever before and is remembered, undoubtedly, for her gorgeous outfits and gowns by all the top designers. Kensington Palace, set in Kensington Gardens, has long been a home to the royals, notably Diana, and Princess Margaret, Queen Victoria and Queen Mary were born here. During your visit, you will have a guided tour (with an audio-cassette guide) of the fabulous state apartments and visit the Royal Ceremonial Dress Collection. Here you will see dresses worn by the Queen and othe royals and 14 of Diana`s evening gowns, which she wore for film premieres and state visits and banquets, including the fabulous blue silk valvet dress by Victor Edelstein in which she danced with John Travolta during dinner at The White House in 1985.
